Hi, I’m Paige House!

I’m the founder of Kallos Aesthetic Boutique (KAB). Aesthetic nursing has been my passion for over 30 years. During this time, I’ve had the privilege of working in both Plastic Surgery and Dermatology.

At KAB, my mission is to provide treatments in a space that feels warm, welcoming, and uplifting. Committed to continual education, I also strive to stay current with the latest advancements, trends, safety protocols and techniques.

I’m passionate about educating others on the treatments we offer and empowering each person to feel as beautiful as they truly are — inside and out.

Outside of work, I find joy in spending time with family and friends, traveling, serving in my local church, and filling our boutique with fresh flowers (which you’ll often spot around our office).

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to serve this incredible community and look forward to creating a personal, memorable, and meaningful experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Hi, I’m Tracy!

I’m a proud wife, mom of two, and a lucky grandmother to two precious little ones who bring endless joy to my life. Family is everything to me, and I cherish every moment spent with them. When I’m not with my loved ones, you’ll likely find me soaking up the summer sun by the pool or tending to my garden—my newfound passion that I share with my wonderful mom.

I’m incredibly fortunate to be part of the team at Kallos Aesthetic Boutique. This isn’t just a job to me—it’s a passion. I wake up excited to come in each morning to connect with our amazing clients and help them feel their absolute best. The warm, welcoming atmosphere at Kallos makes it a truly special place, and I feel blessed to be part of such a caring and dedicated team.

Hi, I’m Taylor!

Blessed with a mother who always reminded me the importance of washing off makeup at night and remembering sunscreen application the next morning, I was lucky to find the Aesthetic world early in life.

After graduating from East Carolina University with a Bachelors degree in Information Computer Technology and almost a decade of experience in the tech industry, I’m so thankful I’ve found a home at Kallos where I can pursue ALL of my passions - Family, Aesthetics & Tech!

Often found behind the scenes and screens at Kallos, I’m helping making sure our tech runs smoothly, so your visit at Kallos does too!

I’m honored to be a part of the team at Kallos, where an aesthetic experience going beyond the surface is always a priority.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Hi, I’m Dr. Rizzuti,

I’m a Greenville, North Carolina, local and obtained my medical degree from East Carolina University School of Medicine. I completed my residency in general surgery at Pitt County Memorial Hospital (now Vidant Medical Center) and plastic surgery residency at Duke University Medical Center.

I received additional training in hand and microsurgery in Louisville, KY., and am certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

I served the Greenville community through Greenville Plastic Surgery, and I am an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Outside of work, I am active in my local church and have a passion for local and international outreach ministry. I enjoy cycling as well as hunting and fishing with my wife and daughters.
